bullet point   Constantine, born 6 Sep 1761, was 39 years old in 1800.  As head of the household, he is clearly the male between 26 > 44.
He is marked with a red circle on the Census image below.

Son Martin, born 1785, was 15 in 1800.  He must be the male between 10 > 15.

Two younger sons now appear, both under 10 years old, born during the decade 1791 to 1800.  These boys must be Alford, age 6, born in 1794; and Ebenezer ("Eben") Augustus, age 4, born in 1796.

Wife Philecta, born c 1766, was 34 years old in 1800.

Daughters Charry, born in 1788, was 12; and Dorinda, born in 1791, was 9.
Three other Mills households appear on this page
— and note that the infrequent checkmarks MAY indicate Revolutionary War service.
