living on Texas Street in Denison.

NOTE:  Missouri is living next door to her daughter Sally (King) Beck,
who in this Census is entered as "Sarah" — "Sally" is etymologically derived from "Sarah."  G.D. Beck, Sally's husband, is George Dobson Beck.

Wm. (William) Rankins, age 67 (= born c. 1813), no occupation listed, born in Pennsylvania, no parental information given, shown as "lunatic," with marks in the two columns "Insane" and "Maimed, crippled, bedridden, or otherwise disabled" — (possibly Alzheimer's?), living with:

Missouri (Reed) (King) [Daley] Rankins, wife, age 35 (= born c. 1845), born in Missouri, no parental information given, "keeping house," and marked in the column "Cannot write";

Solomon (King?) Rankins, son, age 11 (= born c. 1869), born in Missouri, father born in Pennsylvania, mother born in Missouri, marked in the two columns "Cannot read" and "Cannot write";
      NOTE:  In 1870 Solomon was listed with the King last name, and he was then shown as 3 years old (= born c. 1867); that is more likely his correct birth year.

Annie Daley, daughter, age 6 (= born c. 1874), born in Missouri, father born in Ireland, mother born in Missouri;

Ada Rankins, daughter, age 1 (= born c. 1979), born in Texas, father born in Pennsylvania, mother born in Missouri.
