George Waggoner [sic], age 34 (= born c. 1875), in his first marriage of 13 years' duration (= married c. 1897), birthplace filled in, then marked out, and an illegible word entered — possibly "Ger"; both parents born in Germany, no naturalization date provided; a [horse?] collar maker in a collar factory; owner of the house with a mortgage, with his first wife and family:

Lora (Lura) M. (May or Mae) (Williams) Waggoner, age 33 (= born c. 1877), in her first marriage of 13 years' duration (= married c. 1897), the mother of 3 children, 2 then living, born in Illinois, father born in Illinois, mother born in Tennessee, no occupation shown;

NOTE:  Lura May died in a tragic accident sometime before 1913 when "white gasoline" was mistakenly placed in a kerosene lamp, which exploded when she lit it.

Georgie (George Davis) Waggoner, son, age 11 (= born c. 1899), born in Missouri, father born in Germany [?] [Asia?] , mother born in Illinois,

Elmer Waggoner, son, age 9 (= born c. 1901), born in Missouri, father born in Germany [?] [Asia?], mother born in Illinois.

NOTE:  in a home next door are listed others of Lura May's family:
    her mother, Mary A. Williams (64),
    her brother, William F. Williams (40),
        who are living with Lura May's sister and brother-in-law:
            Jennie M. (Williams) Clark (41),
            and Jennie's husband, the head of that household, John W. Clark (47),
            with their son, Clyde Clark (21), Lura May's nephew.
